Bu Kullanım Şartları, PortaLogi platformunun ("Platform", portalogi.com) kullanımını düzenler. Platformu kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmetin tanımı

PortaLogi, dış ticaret ve lojistik süreçlerinde kolaylık sağlayan araçlar sunan bir bilgi ve verimlilik platformudur. Sunulan tüm araç ve içerikler yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğitim amaçlıdır.

2. Bilgilendirme niteliği ve sorumluluk reddi

• GTİP/HS kod önerileri, vergi ve mesafe hesaplamaları, palet ve konteyner yükleme simülasyonları tahmini ve yol gösterici niteliktedir; resmi tarife, gümrük beyanı veya bağlayıcı bir görüş yerine geçmez.
• Gemi, kurye ve havayolu takip bağlantıları ilgili firmaların kendi platformlarına yönlendirme amaçlıdır. İlgili sorgular ve veriler tamamen o firmaların altyapısında yürütülür ve hakları ilgili şirketlere aittir. PortaLogi bu firmaların temsilcisi, ortağı veya yetkili hizmet sağlayıcısı değildir.
• Kararlarınızı vermeden önce ilgili resmi kurum, mevzuat ve uzman görüşü ile doğrulama yapmanız gerekir. PortaLogi, bilgilerin kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

3. Hesap ve kullanım

Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleştirilen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Platformu yürürlükteki yasalara aykırı şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

4. Abonelik ve ödeme

Ücretli özellikler abonelik ile sunulur. Fiyatlar Fiyatlandırma sayfasında yer alır. İade koşulları İade Politikası ile belirlenir.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Platformun arayüzü, yazılımı ve özgün içerikleri PortaLogi'ye aittir. Üçüncü taraf marka, logo ve veriler ilgili sahiplerine aittir.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the PortaLogi platform ("Platform", portalogi.com). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of service

PortaLogi is an information and productivity platform offering tools that simplify foreign-trade and logistics processes. All tools and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Informational nature and disclaimer

• GTIP/HS code suggestions, tax and distance calculations, pallet and container loading simulations are estimative and guiding in nature; they do not replace an official tariff, customs declaration or binding opinion.
• Sea, courier and airline tracking links are intended to redirect to the respective companies' own platforms. The related queries and data run entirely on those companies' infrastructure, and all rights belong to them. PortaLogi is not a representative, partner or authorized service provider of these companies.
• Before making decisions, you must verify with the relevant official authorities, regulations and expert advice. PortaLogi cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this information.

3. Account and use

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and for activities carried out under your account. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws.

4. Subscription and payment

Paid features are offered via subscription. Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Refund conditions are defined in the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform's interface, software and original content belong to PortaLogi. Third-party trademarks, logos and data belong to their respective owners.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
